Etzer Emile is currently CEO of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Coordinator of the Tourism Department of Quisqueya University. He leads the economic chronicle of Radio Vision 2000 and runs his own consulting firm "Haiti Efficace". He teaches economics and marketing at Quisqueya University, IHECE and CEDI. He was economic adviser to the Prime Minister Enex Jean Charles. He has been a consultant at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and a member of the Cabinet of the Minister of National Education Vanneur Pierre. He holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Banking from Tamkang University, Taiwan. His research thesis focused on the effects of trade relations between China and Latin America on the development of the financial system of the Latin American economies. Previously, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from Quisqueya University and studied sociology at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the State University of Haiti. He has received other training at Harvard University, Oklahoma State University, UQAM, also in Belgium, Mexico and Taiwan on economic development and business strengthening. Etzer Emile is a lecturer, trainer, consultant to a dozen institutions (NGOs, public and private) and author of about ten publications in academic journals, in the Nouvelliste, Le National and the magazine Challenges.
